Opt In / Opt Out

Don’t Know Where to Start?

All ratepayers on basic service are automatically enrolled unless they “opt-out” of the program. The initial opt-out notification was sent with a self-addressed postcard to return to the selected supplier.  If you would like to opt-out after the enrollment period you may do so by notifying the supplier; Dynegy Energy. You may also “opt-in” to the program at a later date.
